Kim Radochia is an artist based out of Boston whose sculptures, installations, and public works have been exhibited in group and solo exhibitions throughout the United States for the past twenty plus years.
Radochia attended the School of the Museum of Fine Arts at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts and Hartwick College in Oneonta, New York. In 2016 Cell Signaling Technology awarded her a sculptural commission for their corporate campus entrance in Beverly, Massachusetts. In 2010 through an open competition Trinity Financial awarded her a commission for an atrium sculpture called ‘Currents’ at Appleton Mills in Lowell, Massachusetts. In 2011 she was featured in Art New England as three sculptors to watch in an article titled, Setting the Pace by David Raymond. Last year her work was favorably reviewed by Cate McQuaid of the Boston Globe for her solo show titled, Less, at the Object Center in Boston, Massachusetts. Also in 2016 she debuted a new series of artwork called, Shimms, in a solo show at the West Branch Gallery and Sculpture Park in Stowe, Vermont. This winter of 2017 Kim is invited to work at the American Academy in Rome, Italy on a project entitled Time and Place, Palindrome 48/84.
